Property Consultant

Align has established offices in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch, and we are now wanting to expand our presence in the Waikato. This position will work with and report to the Waikato Manager – Property, based in Hamilton. We are ideally looking for an Intermediate level consultant; however, we would welcome interest from those more Senior or Junior. For the right person, we can tailor a role to suit. 

We can offer a diverse range of property work across different projects and clients. Key tasks associated with the role will include:

• Property due diligence and strategy for housing, roading, electricity, energy, and rail projects
• Property acquisition, disposal and legalisation
• Stakeholder engagement and negotiations
• Project management and advisory
