What would you be doing?
You’ll be part of the Real Estate Advisory team based in Wellington.
PwC's Real Estate Advisory team works with businesses (small and large), government, councils, developers, and institutions to solve their most complex property issues, delivering solutions that go to the heart of their goals.
In our highly skilled environment, you’ll be enabled by a broad range of subject matter experts from the wide PwC firm, cutting-edge technology, and culture of self-disruption, allowing you to do your best and most innovative work.
As an Analyst, your role will involve:
Working with the Real Estate team (but also across the wider Property, Capital, and Infrastructure “PIC” team) to support the team in offering high-quality advice on a broad range of property issues to a range of public and private sector clients
Assisting in the management and delivery of our engagements
Research to support thought leadership and engagements
Comprehensive financial modeling and model reviews
Working on reports /report writing and deliverables to clients
The potential to work toward industry-relevant qualifications.
What do you need to bring to the role?
Ideally, two years or more experience in the property sector, albeit this is not essential
Numerically minded with sound analytical skills
Confident and accurate written and oral communication skills
Valuations experience ideal, although not essential
An ability to manage conflicting priorities while working in a fast-paced environment
A desire to learn and develop your Real Estate expertise
