Ko tā mātou mahi -  Our Role

We are currently recruiting for an Asset Manager. This role reports to the Regional Portfolio Manager - Southern and is responsible for the overall management for an assigned portfolio in the Porirua/Kapiti region and ensure their physical and financial performance meets agreed targets and standards in order to protect and improve the overall quality of our assets. 

Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu - What you will bring

  • Background in the management of property assets
  • Understanding of analysing and interpreting financial and technical information
  • Experience in undertaking options analysis and report writing
  • Ability to identify risks and resolve complex issues
  • Exceptional influencing and communication skills
  • Relevant Property Management or Valuation qualifications
