Working with the Senior Facilities Manager this role supports the management of Council owned buildings assisting with administration, maintenance, contract and asset management duties.
We need someone who is forward thinking and has sound facilities management industry knowledge and experience. You will be responsible for ensuring building life cycle maintenance, renewal planning, estimating and compliance. Being able to multi-task and prioritise requests is an essential skill.
The successful candidate will have:
Previous experience in a customer service focused role is extremely advantageous and you'll enjoy fixing problems and providing solutions to internal and external clients. Friendly and professional you will enjoy creating positive working relationships across all levels of the business. A full New Zealand driving license is required for this role.
Local Government experience would be an advantage.
