Job Description

Buildings Project Manager: Fixed Term (2 years) Fulltime

The purpose of this role is to manage the projects associated with the implementation, upgrade and enhancement of UCOL’s buildings and interior spaces.

What you will need to succeed:

  • Tertiary qualification in engineering, project management, architecture or construction management.
  • Professional qualification, or working towards, in infrastructure or project management (e.g. IPENZ, PMI)
  • Experience in project, contract and financial management
  • Proven track record in building strong stakeholder and team engagement.
