The Property Services team is part of the Corporate Services group that provides key specialist corporate functions that are core to the value chain to enable the Agency to run efficiently and achieve organisational excellence internally and for the land transport system.
We provide the full range of services such as the acquisition, property management, and disposal of properties for the NZ Transport Agency’s projects. This is often complex, challenging work that requires an attention to detail, and engagement with many stakeholders including property owners and local communities.
We are looking for a Senior Facilities Manager who can provide expert advice on facilities management and can implement strategies to improve the overall performance of our corporate offices.
This is a dynamic and varied role which includes all aspects of relationship management, property compliance, maintenance and project management, risk management, financial and contracts management and reporting.
The Senior Facilities Manager will work within an internal team of property and facilities managers to manage the portfolio of properties leased and owned by NZTA for its corporate purposes. These properties are spread right across New Zealand.
