    We undertake commercial building valuations primarily for portfolio clients in Auckland's Office, Retail and Industrial markets.

    Our successful candidate will have the following attributes:

    • Be a Registered Valuer or want to train to become a Registered Valuer;
    • Have an approved University Property Qualification;
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
    • Advanced numerical reasoning and attention to detail; 
    • A can do attitude;
    • Want to maintain the highest standard;
    • Be a hardworking, dedicated, team player.

    Given the scale of our business the opportunity to specialise in asset types or geographic regions is available immediately for suitable applicants. Negotiable employment packages for experienced Valuers. 

    Absolute Value New Zealand supports Professional Memberships to RICS / PINZ and Valuer Registration whilst developing investment knowledge and professional networking in banking, real estate and institutional investment markets.
