Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional individual to join our skilled Property Services team.

Reporting to the Property Manager, you will be the central point of contact for all property requests into the team, and will coordinate workflow across the team. Your varied role will include dealing with internal and external customers, data analysis and document management, and problem solving a range of varied challenges. No two days are the same!

You will:

  • have a fantastic attitude
  • have a keen eye for detail
  • be adept with workflow management software
  • be passionate about customer service
  • possess well developed communication skills.

Preferably you will have worked in an administrative or customer service role before, ideally in the property industry. You will have exceptional organisational skills and the ability to plan and deliver effectively in a complex and sometimes pressured environment.
