We provide market leading property, planning, landscape architecture, GIS and project management services to the central government, local government and to the property, housing, construction, sports, roading, rail, education, electricity, gas, parks, irrigation, water and waste sectors. We are a Crown accredited property supplier providing land acquisition, disposal and legalisation services.
We are currently seeking registrations of interest from enthusiastic, committed and skilled people to fill the role of Property Administrator or Junior Property Consultant for a fixed term contract of 12 months to cover for members of our team on parental leave. There may be an opportunity for the role to become permanent at the end of the initial 12 month period. As Property Administrator or Junior Property Consultant, you will support our property team and clients every step of the way with a range of tasks including general land acquisition, disposal and legalisation support, programming, reporting, mapping, data entry, auditing, settlement coordination, invoicing and billing support, minute taking, project management and more. Training and mentoring opportunities will be provided.
If you have an eye for detail and accuracy, can think on your feet, solve problems and have excellent relationship skills then this role may be for you. A property background in either real estate, property management, valuation or property advisory is preferred along with strong skills in Microsoft Excel and an excellent aptitude for learning and operating new software. Microsoft Project and SAP experience would also be very advantageous.
