We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional individual to join our skilled Property team.
Reporting to the Asset and Facilities Manager, you will provide contract management and people leadership for the delivery of high quality facilities across Dunedin. Your varied role will include ensuring customer needs are met, services are delivered to a high standard, and Council’s responsibilities are being met.

• possess well developed people management skills.
You will ideally have worked in a facilities or asset management role before, ideally in the public sector. You will have exceptional organisational skills and the ability to plan and deliver effectively in a complex and sometimes pressured environment.
