Registered Valuer

Blackmores is a long-established property company specialising in Valuation, Property Management and Consultancy, operating across the central and lower North Island. The Blackmores team is made up of a welcoming team of six Valuers and four Business/Support staff.

We are looking for a Registered Valuer to join our team and perform across our portfolio and region. We are looking for someone who:

• Has a proven track record in valuation.
• Works well in a team environment while also operating independently and confident to perform analysis and make decisions.
• Has excellent client management and communication skills.
• Has good time management skills.
• Has strong attention to details and takes pride in the quality of information going to clients.
• Has knowledge of ValuePro or an equivalent valuation system, and other IT systems.

To be suitable for this position you will:

• Be a Registered Valuer, with ANZIV.
• Hold a current Annual Practising Certificate.
• Hold a current full drivers license.
