Seagar & Partners Manukau Limited wishes to employ a graduate or unregistered valuer at its Botany office.
The role involves assisting one of the directors in the preparation of predominantly industrial and commercial valuation reports, however a wide range of other valuation work could be involved, including some residential and rural residential.
The position will be ideal for an applicant wishing to train towards registration, and that aspect of the role will be fully supported.
The applicant will be required to inspect and measure properties, collect and analyse information, prepare reports, and assist with the maintenance and upkeep of the company sales and rental database. A high proficiency in report writing is a fundamental requirement.
The successful applicant will have an appropriate property degree and be confident and proficient with computer applications in the valuation and word processing fields.
Remuneration prior to registration will be by salary. Travel to and from work is a significant element, so proximity to the Botany office would be an advantage.
