Job Description

Are you a licensed valuer looking for some casual work? Our clients need Insurance Replacement Valuations for mostly residential and some commercial building assets. If you have the skill we have the report formats, construction data and client relationships. Our company is the market leading provider of building compliance reports across Australian and New Zealand.

Are you a motivated valuer keen to complete insurance replacement valuations around NZ. You will be based in Auckland. We have strong existing strata compliance business across NZ and so insurance replacement valuation volumes will grow as news of the launch of this new division spreads through our existing loyal client base.

This is a fully flexible role that can be scheduled around other work and would also suit someone looking to slow down and focus on work/life balance.

We are ideally looking for someone who has experience in replacement valuations and has some knowledge of body corporate valuation requirements.

As we get our NZ valuation division off the ground floor, there is huge potential for this individual to earn a great income based on productivity.

About you: -

  • Be a licensed and registered Valuer with the New Zealand Valuers Board

  • Must have legal authorisation to work in New Zealand

  • The ability to plan and manage your own workloads in order to meet deadlines whilst producing quality replacement reports for insurance purposes.

  • Current membership of NZIV. (Institute of Valuers)

  • Effectively and efficiently gathers all the data from site and clients.

  • Competent in using Microsoft Office, in particular Word and Excel.

  • Possess a current driver's license and a reliable vehicle.

This role will join a team of specialists who are drawn from different professions within the Building Industry. To perform this role, the successful candidate will be required to travel (all expenses paid) throughout NZ but work will predominantly be based across the North Island with the majority in Auckland.

Salary Range

$80k - $100K
