Our property consultancy team are a talented bunch. We have strong technical knowledge and experience and are happy to share this expertise and passion with our developing consultants. By joining our property team, you will contribute to important projects that impact all New Zealanders such as infrastructure, transport, housing, and education.
As a graduate property consultant, you’ll use your knowledge of property, valuation, and relevant legislation to help TPG’s Crown and Local Government clients with the acquisition and disposal of land. You will do this by supporting smooth negotiations and ensuring the process runs efficiently from start to finish. You will work closely with fellow property consultants, solicitors, and planners.

To be eligible to apply, you will be a current or recent graduate (within the past two years). You will have an undergraduate or post-graduate qualification in property, or another relevant discipline such as business or commerce with a major or minor in property. We have opportunities in our property consultancy teams in Auckland, Hamilton, Napier, Wellington, and Christchurch, starting in January 2027.
