Expressions of Interest - Property Standards Board Members

The PINZ Property Standards Board (the Board) is seeking Expressions of Interest from Property Institute members to join the Board.

Applicants should have a strong interest in the advancement of standards and guidance papers for the property professions and should be prepared to assist with the provision of education to members and be prepared to draft guidance papers where required. The role will involve regular Zoom meetings and face to face meetings once or twice a year. This is a voluntary role with an opportunity to give back to the Institute’s members.

We ask that applicants share their background, expertise, and what they hope to contribute to the Property Standards Board in your application.

The deadline for submitting Expressions of Interest is 1 September 2025 and can be sent to Ian Campbell, Property Standards Board Chair, at ian@publicworksadvisory.co.nz.
