The Opportunity:

Due to a growing workload, we are seeking a motivated and skilled Valuer to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to specialize in either rural or urban valuation, depending on your expertise and interests. For the right candidate, there is also the opportunity for future business ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct property valuations for rural or urban assets, depending on specialization.
• Prepare detailed, accurate, and professional valuation reports.
• Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team environment.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and valuation standards.

About You:

• Registered Valuer or nearing registration with the New Zealand Institute of Valuers.
• Proven experience in either rural or urban property valuation.
• Strong analytical and report-writing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
• A full, clean New Zealand driver’s license.
