Prendos New Zealand is a multidisciplinary property consultancy employing around 100 staff nationwide with around 80 based in our Auckland office. After 31 years’ experience in the New Zealand market, we are an established and reputable organisation with offices across the country.
Prendos Valuations Team is an important part of our company working alongside other disciplines including Building Surveyors, Project Managers, Structural Engineers, Quantity Surveyors and Architects. Our focus is meeting our clients’ needs through providing quality information and solutions.
About the role:
As a Registered Valuer, you will work alongside our Auckland team to undertake property valuations.
This includes:
- Valuation of residential, commercial, industrial and rural properties, both for market value and insurance purposes.
- Marketing and sales activities with a view to attracting new business and enhancing existing relationships.
To be suitable for this position you will:
- Be a Registered Valuer for Auckland – preferably for East & South Auckland (but all candidates are welcome to apply).
- Have commercial experience - desired but not essential.
- Display excellent written communication and quality report writing skills.
- Demonstrate good technical skills.
- Have great communication and interpersonal skills.
