Due to our continued success and growth, we have a new opportunity for an experienced Registered Valuer to join our Christchurch team.  You will be someone with predominant commercial experience combined with residential experience to complement the portfolio.

Based in the heart of Christchurch, you will play a crucial role in delivering independent and accurate property valuations for the clients within your designated portfolio, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.   You will work with our close-knit team guided by industry leaders, where you will exceed your client's expectations in every aspect, including:

·        Utilising up-to-date market trends and industry know-how, combined with solid valuation methodologies to provide accurate and insightful assessments

·        conducting in-depth research and analysis of property data, sales comparables, market conditions, and other relevant factors

·        Liaising with clients, agents, and other stakeholders to gather relevant information and ensure clear communication throughout the valuation process

·        Maintain compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and professional standards

·        a Registered Valuer in New Zealand with the appropriate qualifications and license to practice

·        Strong knowledge of property valuation methodologies, industry best practices, and New Zealand regulatory requirements.

·        Exceptional analytical and research skills, with the ability to interpret and evaluate complex data.

·        Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex valuation information clearly and concisely.

·        Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work within deadlines.

·        Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a diverse team.
