Nestled in the heart of the Waikato we have Hamilton, Auckland and Tauranga a short commute away, so if you are looking for a combination of lifestyle and working for a successful, innovative and progressive Council then keep reading, because this could be the role for you!

Reporting to the Group Manager Business Support, this Manager role will have the opportunity to lead a small team of Property Advisors and will assist in the implementation and successful achievement of their portfolios by ensuring a consistent application of policies and procedures. As the Manager, this role is responsible for overall effective management of Council's property assets as well as enhancing our services through offering exceptional customer service, driving process improvements and efficiencies as well as acting as the go-to person for our Property Services team.
