The Ōtautahi Community Housing Development Limited Partnership (OCHD LP) was formed by the Ōtautahi Community Housing Trust (OCHT). The limited partnership is governed by the Limited Partnership Agreement with the General Partner as the initial general partner and Ōtautahi Community Housing Trust as the initial limited partner.
