TelferYoung Tauranga is the coastal Bay of Plenty’s biggest firm with 11 registered valuers. Our coverage extends from Whangamata through Waihi township and Waihi Beach, to Katikati, Tauranga city, Te Puke, Maketu, Whakatane and beyond. We have offices at The Strand within Tauranga’s waterside central business district, also within the centres of the bustling towns of Te Puke and Katikati.
Initially formed in the late 1960s, the company was known for many years as Middleton Valuation. In 2011 we joined TelferYoung and have continued to see strong growth – both as a company and in the region's property markets. The firm currently has five partners with these being Mark Passey, Paul Higson, Shayne Donovan-Grammer, Paul Thomas and Michael Reay. Our other valuers are Alastair Pratt, John Middleton, Dean Brunton, Russell Oliver, Zane MacGibbon and Ian Rollerson.
