Curnow Tizard was established in 1987 by Geoff Tizard and Phillip Curnow, in partnership, with a commitment to quality property advice. We are excited to be celebrating our 30th year in business. In 1997 the partnership was changed to a private limited liability company. The firm has a team covering both the rural and urban fields including valuation, consultancy, land rights research, arbitration and market research.
The team undertake valuation and other property related assignments beyond the Waikato region and generally regard the North Island as the main sphere of activity. However, specialist consultancy in the South Island and Pacific Islands is not uncommon.
