The Asset Management team ensures Housing's national $21 billion asset portfolio is effectively managed to meet strategic targets. The team is responsible for maintaining and improving the quality of the portfolio, managing the upgrade, configuration and divestment of assets, minimising vacancies and maximising portfolio utilisation. The Right Person Are your key strengths in problem solving? Finding that right solution for the right situation? Do you have great negotiating skills and enjoy providing high quality advisory services to clients with the ability to nurture strong relationships to increase our profile? You will have a keen eye for detail and strong writing ability that enables you to produce knock-out reports for clients.  A good knowledge of the Public Works Act, Resource Management Act and other property related legislation would be advantageous.
