The Asset Management team ensures Housing's national $21 billion asset portfolio is effectively managed to meet strategic targets. The team is responsible for maintaining and improving the quality of the portfolio, managing the upgrade, configuration and divestment of assets, minimising vacancies and maximising portfolio utilisation. Our Property Consultants are primarily accountable for: Providing quality services to clients to effect the acquisition, disposal and other associated services of public and private land Preparing quality advice for, and recommendations to Land Information New Zealand (LINZ) regarding Crown sensitive acquisitions or disposals Providing consultancy advice to clients regarding statutory compliance Organising the survey, transfer and titling of land Working collaboratively with colleagues and clients to achieve overall company objectives with a high level of customer satisfaction Compliance with TPG’s Quality Assurance and Health and Safety policies. The Right Person Are your key strengths in problem solving? Finding that right solution for the right situation? Do you have great negotiating skills and enjoy providing high quality advisory services to clients with the ability to nurture strong relationships to increase our profile? You will have a keen eye for detail and strong writing ability that enables you to produce knock-out reports for clients.  A good knowledge of the Public Works Act, Resource Management Act and other property related legislation would be advantageous.
