We’re growing, and with over 25 Planners in our Planning and Policy team, we’re in need of the complementary skill set of a Senior level Registered Property Valuer (property guru) to assist us in not only increasing our market reach and diversity, but to assist us in continuing to grow and to mentor our newly established Property team – watch this space! Join a Business where people, clients and the environment come first Highly engaged and respected team who love working together Business that prides itself on diversity and flexibility   Do you have A current practising certificate as a Registered Valuer ANZIV or higher 5+ years demonstrated experience in valuation, consultancy or property management A great understanding of the property market and values - particularly in Auckland An ability to communicate effortlessly with clients and the public A knack for developing new business and an ability to nurture existing clients Strong financial, mathematical and analytical abilities LINZ accreditation, not essential but would be advantageous With a few exciting projects already in the pipeline, the Senior Property Valuer who joins the 4Sight team will be responsible for leading this expanding area of our business, not to mention completing property valuations and providing property advisory services to meet the needs of our clients, whether they be large multi-nationals or smaller residential and commercial investors. Initially, the role will focus on property valuation, but due to our range of disciplines in Planning, Ecology, Environmental Management, Contaminated Land, and Landscape Architecture, there will be ample opportunity to be exposed to a variety of clients and projects across New Zealand.
