The Asset Management team ensures Housing's national $21 billion asset portfolio is effectively managed to meet strategic targets. The team is responsible for maintaining and improving the quality of the portfolio, managing the upgrade, configuration and divestment of assets, minimising vacancies and maximising portfolio utilisation. This role reports to the Regional Portfolio Manager and is responsible for the overall management for an assigned portfolio in the Region and ensure their physical and financial performance meets agreed targets and standards in order to protect and improve the overall quality of our assets.
